A message from Tim and Herb

We started Cap Asset Risk Management to service the people we do business with as investors and to fill a void we have seen personally in the insurance space of real estate investors and fund managers. Over the years we have found that investors and fund managers mostly fall into one of two categories; they are either the largest client for their current insurance agent (a local agent that insures mostly small business) or they are one of the smaller clients at a large brokerage house. We were tired of being a client that needed a hands on approach of a local agent but also the expertise of a large broker and not being able to find that. We decided we wanted to do business differently. Our goal is to provide great service with unparalleled insurance expertise and risk mitigation, while adding value to your investment or fund business.
